港股午評：恒指升0.16%止步7連跌 教育股領升 星空華文繼續下跌
格隆匯8月22日丨受隔夜美股上升影響，港股上午盤三大指數終見反彈行情，恒生科技指數一度升約2%，午間收升0.43%，恒指、國指分別上升0.16%和0.1%，恒指更是止步7連跌行情。
盤面上，大型科技股多數上升，網易升約2%，京東、阿里巴巴、小米、百度飄紅，騰訊、小米走低；國內首份線上非學科校外培訓辦學許可證下發，教育股升幅靠前，電影概念股、電信股、軍工股、濠賭股、物管股走高，細價股奧園健康發盈喜大升逾24%。 另一方面，體育用品股、旅遊觀光股走低，龍頭股李寧跌近3%刷新階段低價，昨日大跌的航空股多數繼續下跌，中醫藥股、風電股普遍萎靡，中國好聲音母公司星空華文再度跌10%，此前2日股價已腰斬。
板塊方面
教育板塊領升，中國東方教育表現最佳。消息面上，據21世紀經濟報道，近日國內首張線上非學科培訓學校辦學許可證已經下放，核桃編程於8月10日經廣東省教育廳審批拿到了這份許可證。學而思素養和學而思STEAM也擬通過審批，目前正在公示期。此外，近日，廣東省教育廳對另外兩家非學科類校外線上培訓機構辦學許可審批情況也進行了公示，兩家機構分別為廣東省唯愛培思線上非學科培訓學校有限公司、廣東省童喜線上非學科培訓學校有限公司，總體結論均為“擬通過審批”，公示的截止日為8月20日。
濠賭股普升。消息面上，澳門統計暨普查局資料顯示，今年7月入境旅客共約275.95萬人次，較6月增加24.9%；同比去年上升281.8倍；今年1至7月的入境旅客共1440.5421萬人次，同比增加3.1倍。澳門旅遊局局長文綺華預期澳門旅遊業2024年全面復甦。此外，多家博彩公司近期陸續發佈中期業績。其中，永利澳門中期股東應占純利為8746.7萬港元，同比扭虧為盈；美高梅中國中期淨利約8.21億港元，同比扭虧為盈；澳博控股中期總淨收益93.62億港元，同比增加126.7%；公司擁有人應占虧損12.64億港元，同比減少54.1%。
個股方面
恒大汽車高開低走，中東戰投首筆過渡資金已到賬。消息面上，恒大汽車方面表示，其最新引入的戰投方首筆過渡資金，昨日已按期到賬。公司此前公吿稱獲得由阿聯酋國家主權基金持股的上市公司NWTN集團首筆5億美元戰略投資，另有6億元人民幣過渡資金將自公吿後5個工作日開始陸續到賬，所有資金全部用於天津工廠，確保恒馳5的正常生產和恒馳6、7的陸續量產。
諾輝健康高開轉跌，上半年營收同比大幅增長264.6%。諾輝健康發佈2023年中期業績，營收同比增長264.6%至8.2億元，經調整淨利潤為6130萬元，而去年同期經調整淨虧損為1.06億元。期內，核心產品常衞清確認收入量約為42.9萬份，同比增長354.1%，持續創新高，毛利率上升到91.5%。
佐丹奴高位回調跌10%，上週遭David Webb減持。該股此前持續上升，於8月18日(上週五)創出2013年以來新高價，年內最大升幅一度達110%。 根據聯交所資料顯示，獨立股評人David Webb於上週二(15日)減持佐丹奴98萬股，每股平均價3.216港元，套現315.17萬港元，持股量由5.05%降至4.99%。
