《大行報告》中金上調中海物業(02669.HK)目標價至10.4元 上半年盈利超預期
中金發表報告指,中海物業(02669.HK)上半年營收按年增長23%至71.6億元,純利按年增長39%至7.3億元,超出市場預期,主要因公司增值服務快速增長、利潤率提升超預期等因素所致。
考慮到公司競標外拓面積延續快速增長,中金小幅上調今年盈利預測4%至17億元,上調明年盈利預測2%至21.2億元。維持「跑贏行業」評級,目標價上調4%至10.4元,對應今年預測市盈率20倍。
