格隆匯8月17日丨有投資者向一拖股份(601038.SH)提問,“公司有33億現金和16億理財,主要存放在哪裏?是否會被挪用呢?理財是否有買信託,是否安全呢?”
一拖股份回覆稱,公司現金主要存放於銀行及國機財務有限責任公司,公司通過日常監控有效保障在前述金融機構的資金安全;公司未購買信託理財產品,現金管理是在股東大會批准的額度內購買國有及股份制銀行所發行的保本型短期結構性存款及大額存單,公司也持續關注和跟蹤所持有的上述金融產品變動情況,以審慎投資原則確保資金安全。
