《大行報告》大和下調龍湖(00960.HK)目標價至26.3元 評級「買入」
大和發表報告指,雖然近期市場再次對民營內房商流動性狀況表示擔憂,但龍湖(00960.HK)仍是該行目前看好的少數民營內房商之一,並指不太擔心龍湖短期內的債務償還能力,並視其為政府對該行業支持的主要受惠者。
報告指,龍湖沒有離岸債券在今年剩餘時間內到期,且今年到期的大部分在岸債務都是銀行貸款,可以再融資。
大和重申對龍湖「買入」評級,但仍預計未來幾個月其他民營內房商將出現更多違約事件,可能會影響對該股市場情緒和銷售。目標價由35.2元下調至26.3元。
