賀一誠:今年預算博彩稅千三億澳門元 明年仍是赤字預算
據《澳門日報》報道,澳門疫後經濟逐漸恢復,上週五(11日)列席澳門立法會答問大會的澳門行政長官賀一誠卻估計,澳門明年仍是赤字預算,沒有盈餘下,央積金7,000元澳門元(下同)注資沒法可依,但相信明年已是赤字邊緣,後年不會再是赤字預算。他透露,目前不會再推普惠措施,因爲開支太大,但會針對支援有需要的弱勢。對於個案支援或較貧困階層,政府有兜底機制處理。
賀一誠表示,疫情三年,可見都是大額的赤字預算,但緊縮開支下,民生、教育、醫療等的投入完全沒有削減,一直維持至今,只是公務員行政節約。他估計明年依然是赤字預算,因爲即使一年博彩稅收益2,000億元還是赤字,博彩稅需要2,300億元才能平衡預算。今年預算博彩稅有1,300億元,若能達到約1,700億元,赤字就會減少。
