電視廣播(00511.HK)獲關連方授貸最多7億元 黎瑞剛:對TVB前景充滿信心
電視廣播(TVB)(00511.HK)公布,華人文化(CMC Inc.)與TVB主要股東Young Lion將為公司訂立最高7億港元的貸款額度,支持業務發展及營運,融資有效期至2024年12月31日,年利率為香港銀行同業拆息(HIBOR)加 1.25%,遠低於電視廣播目前的市場借貸成本。
華人文化董事長黎瑞剛表示,雖然過去幾年的營商環境充滿挑戰,但對TVB的前景依然充滿信心,將全力支持TVB再上台階及改革創新所作的努力,預期借助新資金,TVB有望更好地搶佔市場先機。
TVB執行主席許濤表示,公司上半年業績已超越去年下半年表現,有信心今年下半年將會見證進一步的提升。
TVB之非執行董事黎瑞剛為華人文化主要股東,而Young Lion Holdings Limited持有TVB的22.1%股份,兩者均為TVB關連人士。
