蘇州調整耗材支付政策 心臟瓣膜自付費大降至4萬人幣左右
為進一步提高廣大參保人員醫療保障水平,減輕參保人員費用負擔,自上周四(10日)起,蘇州市對基本醫療保險支付範圍的醫用耗材支付政策作出調整,進一步降低群眾就醫看病負擔。
按照近期更新的材料目錄統計顯示,共158個產品價格超過5萬元人民幣(下同),大部分為高精尖手術必需耗材,涉及產品最高價格29.75萬元。以價值21萬的國產介入人工生物心臟瓣膜為例,政策調整後,先行自付比例由原來的30%降至20%,可報金額從原來的3.5萬元提高至16.8萬元,個人現金負擔從17.5萬元降至4.2萬元。
