金融圈炸鍋！3家上市公司踩雷：涉及1.35億元！3家信託公司同日急闢謠
8月11日，有市場傳聞稱，“中植爆雷引發中融信託今天也停兑了”、“有投資者買的五礦信託、光大信託、中航信託等信託產品通知停兑”。
8月11日晚間，兩家A股公司發佈公吿稱，公司購買中融信託的信託產品本金及投資收益尚未收回，存在本息不能全部兑付或者僅部分兑付的風險。此外，8月5日，咸亨國際發佈公吿稱，公司購買的部分信託產品逾期。
對此，光大信託、五礦信託、中航信託在8月11日晚間進行了緊急闢謠。
3家信託公司同日急闢謠
11日晚間，光大信託緊急迴應了。
光大信託在官網就“部分信託產品停兑”傳聞迴應稱：就近日網絡流傳的關於光大信託產品兑付的不實言論，我司作出嚴正申明，公司管理的信託產品運營正常，均按照信託合同約定進行管理和信託利益分配，對於不實言論和傳言公司將依法保留追究法律責任的權利。
隨後，五礦信託也發聲明瞭。
五礦信託發出聲明表示，近日，公司監測到“五礦信託產品停兑”的相關不實言論，公司對此高度重視，已就不實言論採取法律手段，追究造謠者法律責任，以維護公司合法權益。
五礦信託稱，公司一直秉承投資人利益最大化原則，嚴格落實監管要求，合規開展經營活動，為客户提供優質產品，從未發行資金池類產品，各項工作正常有序推進，經營保持穩健。未來，公司將繼續堅持“以客户為中心”的理念，持續加強風險管控，切實履行受託管理職責，提供專業的金融服務，全力為廣大投資者和合作夥伴提供更加優質的服務。
中航信託也闢謠稱，針對近日互聯網造謠者發佈的有關公司的不實信息，公司高度重視，已向公安機關報案，將採取法律手段維護公司合法權益。現嚴正聲明：中航信託運行一切正常。
3家上市公司“踩雷”中融信託產品
上市公司因購買信託產品“踩雷”早已不算新鮮事，不過，近期至少有三家上市公司“踩雷”了同一家信託公司——中融信託的信託產品。
8月11日晚，金博股份和南都物業發佈部分信託產品逾期兑付的風險提示公吿。
8月11日，南都物業（SH603506，股價13.14元，市值24.67億元）公吿，2023年2月9日，公司使用閒置自有資金3,000萬元購買了中融-匯聚金1號貨幣基金集合資金信託計劃（預期收益率：5.8%），產品期限自2023年2月9日至2023年8月8日。
截至本公吿披露日，公司尚未收到匯聚金1號本金及投資收益。公司正在積極聯繫各相關方，督促中融信託儘快向公司兑付投資本金及收益，盡最大努力保障公司利益，同時準備相關材料，通過訴訟等途徑以最大程度減少公司的潛在損失。
金博股份在公吿中表示，公司共購買了中融信託6000萬元的產品，隆晟1號、澤睿1號各3000萬元。截至公吿披露日，該信託產品本金及投資收益尚未收回，存在本息不能全部兑付或者僅部分兑付的風險。如本息無法兑付將對公司2023年度利潤產生影響。
除了南都物業、金博股份外，8月5日，咸亨國際發佈公吿稱，公司購買的部分信託產品逾期。公吿顯示，公司用自有資金合計6300萬元購買3個信託產品，截至目前本金4557.06萬元及投資收益尚未收回。公吿發布後，咸亨國際還遭到了來自交易所的監管工作函。
