金管局:港銀對內房貸款風險可控
近期再有內房發展商出現流動性問題,金管局副總裁阮國恆表示,港銀對內房貸款風險可控。
阮國恆於銀行公會會議後表示,金管局早於6、7年前就開始做內地相關信貸風險管理工作,確保香港銀行不會對個別民企內房有集中度,銀行亦已降低部分高風險敞口。因此,即使未來有更多民企內房出現資金流問題,相信銀行亦可管理風險。
另外,他提到,上半年貸款需求疲弱,在香港境外使用的貸款減少,因內地借貸利息較香港低,部分企業選擇於內地貸款作當地業務營運用途。
