東方雨虹發佈2023半年報:協同優勢明顯 營收利潤雙增
8月9日晚間,東方雨虹(SZ002271)公佈2023半年報,公司上半年實現營業收入168.52億元,同比增長10.10%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約13.34億元,同比增長38.07%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約12.43億元,同比增長39.59%。透過數據,東方雨虹上半年經營業績快速反彈,實現營收、利潤雙增,高質量發展態勢盡顯。
縱觀東方雨虹上半年業績,第一季度雖為行業淡季,但得益於公司風控優先、渠道變革等系列舉措,業績實現穩健增長;第二季度繼續加強市場深耕力度,非房業務表現靚麗,延續良好增勢,整個上半年完成營業收入168.52億元。在整體經濟持續恢復階段,東方雨虹交出了不錯的答卷。

積極把脈一線市場 緊扣市場脈搏
上半年,東方雨虹聚焦市場需求,通過連續、全覆蓋式的一線走訪、考察及市場互動,積極把握市場動向,緊扣市場脈搏,尋找新的發展路徑。
4月至7月初,東方雨虹董事長李衞國相繼走訪江蘇、福建、河南、山東、四川、江西、雲南、湖南、貴州、山西、甘肅、青海、寧夏等省份近40個城市的一線市場,圍繞行業環境變化、市場發展,與工程建設、民用建材、雨虹砂粉、德愛威塗料、建築修繕等領域合夥人進行深入交流,探討發展邏輯。

通過積極走訪一線,聆聽市場心聲,東方雨虹把握市場動向,積極佈局新領域,拓展非房業務,進一步釋放市場活力。
持續增強綜合創新力 提升經營質量
“以創新為劍,增強創新力”是東方雨虹2023上半年的主旋律。
東方雨虹發佈膠粘劑產品戰略,進軍建築密封膠產業;積極佈局光伏產業,推出光伏瓦、光伏膠膜以及金屬屋面光伏系統;並向上遊延伸,具備水性環保VAE共聚乳液和可再分散乳膠粉生產能力;針對運動場景,推出“東方雨虹運動地坪系統解決方案”;依託科研平台,研發系列防滲產品,為水利工程、人工湖等防滲項目保駕護航。

通過有序開發及賦能各類合夥人,積極拓展交通基建、水利設施等基礎設施建設、城市新興基建、工礦倉儲物流及保障性住房等多元化應用場景,發揮技術優勢豐富產品品類、升級產品體系,同時發力存量建築市場,發展舊房改造城市更新等翻新修繕業務,堅持C端優先戰略。2023年上半年,東方雨虹零售業務實現營業收入50.51億元,同比增長32.21%,工程渠道營業收入61.42億元,同比增長26.68%。
正如報吿所述,藉助防水主業佈局的全國性渠道網絡的協同優勢,砂粉等非防水業務實現了較快發展, 為公司未來的可持續發展提供了第二增長曲線,助力公司打造成為建築建材系統服務商。
政策釋放廣闊空間 未來市場猶可期
今年4月1日,《建築與市政工程防水通用規範》(GB55030-2022)正式實施。據建築防水協會祕書長朱冬青估計,新規執行後,中國大概80%-85%以上的建築都可能會被列為建築防水的一級防水要求。新規範的推行與落地,將進一步釋放廣闊的市場空間,未來可期。
據天風證券測算,新規落地後對於防水行業需求的帶動主要有存量和新增兩維度,有望釋放約1500億市場空間。
隨着下游需求市場結構的改革,並伴隨此次新規的出台將會加速作坊式、小型企業出清,行業集中度增強,頭部防水企業將處於明顯優勢。
