九龍倉(00004.HK):內地消費表現分化 集團會留意合適投資機會
九龍倉集團(00004.HK)今日中午公布2023年中期業績。九龍倉集團主席兼常務董事吳天海於網上會議中表示,今年香港與內地的經濟表現均較為疲弱,消費未見大的動力,公司亦留意到消費變得謹慎的勢頭。不過,他指出,旗下高端產品的銷售情況比中端理想,這或與奢侈品在線上的銷售比例較中端低有關。他又提到,集團於內地的高端酒店業務表現較預期好,其收入及營運毛利均錄得開業以來新高,顯示消費者願意消費,心態上是希望追求更好享受,而減少部分基本開支,反映內地消費表現有分化。
他指,今年內地樓市繼續面對挑戰,雖然中央有提出不同政策,但很多仍未落實,而市場亦處於觀望狀態。他指出,集團於過去幾年未有新增投資,雖然令土地儲備較以往低,惟亦有助減低集團的借貸額度,同時降低了市道較差時對集團的影響。未來集團仍會留意有否新的合適投資機會。
