國泰機師工會已就採取工業行動尋求法律意見
代表國泰(00293.HK)機師的香港航空機組人員協會表示,已在昨日(8日)向法律顧問尋求意見,為採取工業行動踏出第一步。
協會指,疫後返回國泰的機師,薪酬被削25%,在沒有值勤安排下被削薪幅度更大。疫情期間未獲指派工作的機師被削薪最多六成,津貼亦減少一半。與此同時,全球航空公司已按相若幅度加薪,國泰管理層亦取消了臨時減薪。
協會亦指,國泰需要額外650名機長以恢復疫前運能,公司自2023年開始僅訓練約100名機長。基於機師、空中服務員及其他航空專業人員短缺,質疑國泰管理層的措施損害了香港作為環球航空樞紐的前景。
