格隆匯8月7日丨華夏能源控股(08009.HK)公吿,公司於截至2024年3月31日止財政年度首四個月營運錄得溢利。透過拓展現有業務,公司已大幅改善天然氣供應鏈管理業務。集團於期內已與更多客户開展業務。期內,最大及第二大客户分別貢獻本集團總收益34.99%及34.04%。
董事會認為,憑藉該營運規模,集團遵守《GEM上市規則》第17.26條並將繼續尋求專業意見以保障股東溢利,包括但不限於就該等受損股東整體利益採取行動,並非不合理。繼續停牌。
