威誠國際控股(08107.HK)盈警:預計上半年淨虧損擴大至1800萬港元-2100萬港元
格隆匯8月3日丨威誠國際控股(08107.HK)公佈,集團預期將於截至2023年6月30日止六個月錄得介乎1800萬港元至2100萬港元的公司擁有人應占淨虧損,而截至2022年6月30日止六個月則錄得公司擁有人應占淨虧損110萬港元。
董事會認為,截至2023年6月30日止六個月錄得虧損,乃主要由於(i)銷售收入減少及一名服裝客户就所供應產品提出貨品索償導致服裝及相關產品毛利減少;及(ii)派發花紅作為酬金導致行政開支增加的綜合影響。
