順博合金(002996.SZ):控股子公司江蘇順博註冊資本擬由1億元減至5000萬元
格隆匯8月3日丨順博合金(002996.SZ)公佈,順博合金江蘇有限公司(簡稱“江蘇順博”)是公司的控股子公司,股權結構為順博合金、永康市華亞工貿有限公司和胡金明分別佔71.41%、27.24%、1.35%的股權比例,以上出資均已全部實繳到位。江蘇順博已於2023年1月停產,為進一步整合資源,提升資源使用效率,現根據江蘇順博實際情況,各股東對江蘇順博進行同比例減資。註冊資本由1億元減至5,000萬元,減資後各股東持股比例不變。
