大酒店(00045.HK)公佈截至6月底止第二季度經營數據,旗下香港半島酒店平均可出租客房收入爲2,655元,按年回升2.64倍,按季增長23.2%;平均房租達到6,097元,分別按年及按季升102.35%及10.3%;出租率達到44%,較去年同期增長20個百分點,較今年首季則上升5個百分點。
其他亞洲地區方面,第二季半島酒店平均可出租客房收入達1,994元,按年升2.38倍;平均房租3,583元,按年升87.8%,出租率56%,按年提升25個百分點。
美國及歐洲半島酒店今年次季平均可出租客房收入爲5,123元,按年升近3%;平均房租8,819元,按年升10.4%;出租率58%,按年跌4個百分點。
