美國私募基金凱雷(Carlyle)(CG.US)公佈第二季業績。季度股東應佔虧損9,840萬美元,對上年度同期純利2.45億美元。每股季度攤薄虧損27美仙。季度每普通股稅前可分派收益按年跌26%至3.89億美元,每股可分派收益爲88美仙,高於市場預期的67美仙。
季度總收入按年跌56%至4.62億美元,其中包括表現分配在內的投資收入錄得負值2.54億美元,對上年度爲正值3.95億美元。基金管理收入按年跌7%至5.08億美元。季內資產出售淨利潤按年跌36%至3.35億美元。截至6月底止資產管理規模3,850億美元,今年累計升3%,未動用資本則爲720億美元。
凱雷股價昨日(2日)跌7.2%,報32.91美元。
