南北水 | 北水連續6日拋售騰訊超42億，大賣小鵬超16億港元，南水逆勢加倉寧德時代
8月2日，北上資金全天淨賣出A股50.19億元，終結此前連續6日淨買入態勢。其中，滬股通淨賣出33.79億元，深股通淨賣出16.40億元。
前十大成交股中，淨賣出額居前三的是東方財富、招商銀行、恒瑞醫藥分別遭淨賣出4.28億元、3.77億元、3.19億元。
寧德時代淨買入額居首，金額為2.01億元。值得注意的是，北上資金已連續7日淨買入寧德時代，共計62.86億元。
今日南下資金淨買入港股4.02億港元，其中，港股通（滬）淨買入8420.26萬港元；港股通（深）淨買入3.18億港元。
淨買入額居前三的是恒生中國企業、南方恒生科技、東方甄選，分別獲淨買入6.42億港元、5.48億港元、1.33億港元；小鵬汽車-W淨賣出額居首，金額為16.65億港元。
值得關注的是，南下資金自7月26日迄今已連續6個交易日淨賣出騰訊，累計約42.2459億港元。
南水關注個股
東方財富遭淨賣出4.28億元。不過華西證券研報指出，券商板塊當前整體市淨率1.32倍，證券指數的PB估值在過去10年18.45%分位數，在過去5年的34.09分位數。證券指數在過去10年和5年的最高市淨率分別為5.01x和2.25x。板塊估值和業績成長潛力的錯配帶來左側配置機會。
招商銀行遭淨賣出3.77億元。消息面上，中信證券表示，存量按揭利率調整、金融助力化債推進對於銀行息差將產生負向壓力，預計自今年四季度開始體現在財報中，近期快速反彈背景下板塊短期有波動可能。
恒瑞醫藥遭淨賣出3.19億。消息面上，今日，網絡有傳言稱恒瑞醫藥“某地辦公室被端”、“數據被拿走”等。對此，恒瑞醫藥方面迴應稱，公司及下屬分子公司，以及所有派駐機構目前沒有該情形。
寧德時代獲淨買入2.01億元。今日《財富》世界500強排行榜揭曉，寧德時代以其488億美元的銷售收入第一次進入《財富》世界500強排行榜，排名就達到第292位。
北水關注個股
東方甄選今日跌6.9%報37.8港元。東方證券發研報指，東方甄選逐步從流量轉化邏輯兑現到產品創造需求，自營產品已經形成可以複製化流程，多渠道戰略有望在24財年快速落地。短期來看抖音內流量進入穩態，公司加強外部渠道建設，下調抖音內份額，提升自有渠道佔比。
小鵬汽車今日跌14.63%報70.6港元。消息面上，小鵬汽車何小鵬今日在社交媒體上回應“小鵬自動駕駛副總裁吳新宙將離職”時表示，“因為家庭和多方面的原因，新宙在去年下半年表示要回到美國，裏面原因很多，但是我非常尊重和認可他的思考。”同時，何小鵬透露，李力耘將接手吳新宙的工作，何小鵬則將親自帶領自動駕駛和研發團隊，“為了在今年年內完成50城努力，並且全力支持戰略合作伙伴大眾集團。之後，小鵬將做出更面向AI的組織變化。”
碧桂園服務今日暴升近18%。碧桂園服務發佈盈警，預計6月止六個月歸屬股東淨利潤介乎23.18億至25.76億人民幣，核心淨利潤介乎26.02億至28.91億元，相較去年同期分別錄得25.76億元及28.91億元。公司同時公佈，相信現時股份買賣價格水平並未充分反映集團內在價值，有意於公開市場購回不多於3.37億股，即相當於公司股本10%。
