中國水業集團(01129.HK)：訂立六份融資租賃安排
格隆匯8月2日丨中國水業集團(01129.HK)宣佈，於2023年8月2日，承租人A(公司的間接非全資附屬公司)與海通租賃訂立融資租賃協議A，據此，(i)海通租賃將向承租人A購買租賃資產A，購買價A為人民幣20,000,000元；及(ii)海通租賃會將租賃資產A租回予承租人A，租賃代價包括相當於購買價A的本金額及其按年利率5.04%計算的應計利息，租期為自購買價A的付款日期起計36個月。
董事會亦謹此宣佈，於2023年8月2日，承租人B(公司的間接非全資附屬公司)與海通租賃訂立融資租賃協議B，據此，(i)海通租賃將向承租人B購買租賃資產B，購買價B為人民幣20,000,000元；及(ii)海通租賃會將租賃資產B租回予承租人B，租賃代價包括相當於購買價B的本金額及其按年利率5.04%計算的應計利息，租期為自購買價B的付款日期起計36個月。
董事會亦謹此宣佈，於2023年8月2日，承租人C(公司的間接非全資附屬公司)與海通租賃訂立融資租賃協議C，據此，(i)海通租賃將向承租人C購買租賃資產C，購買價C為人民幣15,000,000元；及(ii)海通租賃會將租賃資產C租回予承租人C，租賃代價包括相當於購買價C的本金額及其按年利率5.04%計算的應計利息，租期為自購買價C的付款日期起計36個月。
董事會亦謹此宣佈，於2023年8月2日，承租人D(公司的間接非全資附屬公司)與海通租賃訂立融資租賃協議D，據此，(i)海通租賃將向承租人D購買租賃資產D，購買價D為人民幣15,000,000元；及(ii)海通租賃會將租賃資產D租回予承租人D，租賃代價包括相當於購買價D的本金額及其按年利率5.04%計算的應計利息，租期為自購買價D的付款日期起計36個月。
董事會亦謹此宣佈，於2023年8月2日，承租人E(公司的間接非全資附屬公司)與海通租賃訂立融資租賃協議E，據此，(i)海通租賃將向承租人E購買租賃資產E，購買價E為人民幣10,000,000元；及(ii)海通租賃會將租賃資產E租回予承租人E，租賃代價包括相當於購買價E的本金額及其按年利率5.04%計算的應計利息，租期為自購買價E的付款日期起計36個月。
董事會亦謹此宣佈，於2023年8月2日，承租人F(公司的間接非全資附屬公司)與海通租賃訂立融資租賃協議F，據此，(i)海通租賃將向承租人F購買租賃資產F，購買價F為人民幣10,000,000元；及(ii)海通租賃會將租賃資產F租回予承租人F，租賃代價包括相當於購買價F的本金額及其按年利率5.04%計算的應計利息，租期為自購買價F的付款日期起計36個月。
作為承租人妥善及準時履行融資租賃協議項下責任的擔保，(i)擔保人A籤立擔保I及法定押記I；(ii)擔保人B籤立擔保II及法定押記II；及(iii)各承租人籤立各自以海通租賃為受益人的對應收款項之質押。
