《大行報告》花旗降本港今年GDP增長預測至4% 明年預測降至3.5%
花旗發表研究報告指,基於香港次季經濟增長(GDP)較預期疲弱,故分別下調本港今年及明年GDP增長預測至4%及3.5%(分別下調了0.5個百分點及0.4個百分點)。該行指,次季GDP按年增長1.5%,惟實質GDP按季跌1.3%,而令人意外的最大下行因素是本地固定資本形成總額按年跌1%,意味企業對未來投資缺乏信心,尤其是在利息較高及內地政策存不確定性的情況下。該行指,由於投資受挫,故料今年下半年及明年上半年初的投資復甦步伐較預期慢,因此令本港整體GDP有所下調。(ca/k)
