國芯科技(688262.SH)：邊緣計算芯片和AI芯片是公司重點佈局的方向

國芯科技回覆稱，邊緣計算芯片和AI芯片是公司重點佈局的方向，公司在邊緣計算芯片方面已開展了二代芯片的研發和產業化應用。公司研發的第一代邊緣計算芯片H2040是基於32位PowerPC架構CPU C9500設計的，常規條件下CPU運行頻率可達1.5Ghz，Dhrystone性能達2.5DMIPS/Mhz。在第一代32位高性能邊緣計算芯片H2040的基礎上，“CCP1080T”是公司研發的基於自主64位PowerPC架構C*Core CPU內核的第二代高性能高安全邊緣計算芯片，該芯片擁有雙核C9800高性能64位PowerPC架構的處理器，運行頻率常規條件下可達1.8Ghz，Dhrystone性能達3.1DMIPS/Mhz。CCP1080T芯片集成了公司自主研發的高性能安全計算處理單元SPU (Security Process Unit)，和公司自主研發的可重構高性能對稱密碼處理器RPU (Reconfigurable Symmetric Cryptography Process Unit)，AES/SHA/SM3/SM4等密碼對稱和哈希算法性能可達20Gbps，RSA/ECC/SM2等公鑰算法的簽名性能可達7萬次/s。此外，CCP1080T帶有高性能DDR4存儲器接口、多通道高性能Serdes接口可以複用成多個PCIE3.0接口、多個SATA3.0硬盤傳輸接口和多個千兆網絡加速器接口，另有SD/EMMC和Nandflash存儲接口、USB3.0擴展接口和IIC/SPI/UART等低速接口。該芯片可應用於專用服務器、安全網關、密碼機、路由器、防火牆、工控機、PLC、智能路側設備和網絡小型基站等領域作為安全協處理器芯片或具有安全功能的主控制器和邊緣計算芯片。該款新芯片產品的研發成功進一步豐富了公司高性能邊緣計算產品系列，對公司未來邊緣計算業務的市場拓展和業績成長性預計都將產生積極的影響。公司在AI芯片的佈局包括：(1)在雲AI芯片方面，公司圍繞AI服務器應用，開發系列化芯片產品。目前已有芯片產品包括Raid控制芯片和超高速加解密處理芯片。未來公司將繼續開展AI服務器芯片組的開發和應用；(2)在端AI芯片方面，公司已在生物特徵設別領域推出了包括輕量級AI(卷積協處理器)和安全處理的SoC芯片，實現指紋和人臉識別應用。未來公司將在現有基礎上繼續發展生物特徵識別領域的高性能端AI芯片；(3)公司正在開發RISC-V CPU內核系列，目前正在開展將AI引擎加入到RISC-V CPU內核中，形成具有AI引擎的CPU內核系列；(4)公司正在為客户AI芯片提供定製服務，目前已有多個AI芯片定製服務的在手訂單；(5)公司將繼續和合作夥伴合作，聯合開展GPU和NPU等技術的研發和應用。
