融科控股(02323.HK)附屬訴訟遭判付694萬美元
融科控股(02323.HK)公布,其間接全資附屬公司至卓澳門於7月25日獲美國法律顧問通知,美國佛羅里達州布羅瓦郡(Broward County)第十七聯邦巡迴法院作出判決指,CTX於其多項反訴訟中勝訴。
於判決中,至卓澳門被裁定須支付淨額694.42萬美元予CTX,並按適用的法定利率計算利息。根據判決,法院保留司法管轄權,以裁定合理的律師費及訴訟費的權利及金額。
至卓澳門已委聘美國法律顧問處理訴訟,目前正在尋求進一步的法律意見,以分析判決的理據並針對判決提出上訴。
