凌雄科技(02436.HK)披露2022年度報吿：業績大幅增長，經調整EBITDA達2.85億元，同比增長27.2%
格隆匯7月31日丨凌雄科技(02436.HK)披露2022年度報吿，2022年是充滿挑戰的一年，面對諸多不利宏觀因素，包括疫情及全球經濟動盪影響，凌雄科技展現出強大的抗經濟週期特徵，營業收入再創新高，各項業務收入逆勢增長，實現了穩定健康的經營業績。
2022年營業收入達到人民幣16.640億元，同比增長25.1%。設備回收業務收入達到人民幣11.897億元，同比增長28.7%；設備訂閲業務收入達到人民幣3.193億元，同比增長20.2%。同時在2022年，公司盈利水平顯著改善，實現扭虧為盈，年內利潤達到人民幣9990萬元。年度經調整EBITDA(非國際財務報吿準則計量)達人民幣2.851億元，同比增長約27.2%。
公吿稱，轉虧為盈主要是由於(i)年度確認按公平值計量且其變動計入損益的金融負債公平值收益淨額約人民幣1.977億元，而2021年相應期間按公平值計量且其變動計入損益的金融負債公平值虧損則約人民幣4.339億元；及(ii)該年度收入增長約人民幣3.336億元。
公司穩紮穩打，在經營方面有諸多亮點。在2022年，集團的客户數量、客均產出收入、售出設備數量、設備訂閲數量不斷攀升。尤其獲取客户的能力持續提升，其中大客户數量達到1,387名，同比增長26.3%；在設備訂閲業務中的長期設備訂閲客户數量增長超過3,200家，同比增加32.9%；以及集團的設備回收業務為社會貢獻的碳減排量達到6,309.8噸。
IT設備訂閲服務市場的滲透率較低，及企業對設備全生命週期管理解決方案的需求不斷增長，為集團帶來了挑戰及機遇。集團的目標是擴大集團的在管IT設備規模，開發針對不同場景的設備全生命週期管理解決方案產品及服務，提高技術能力及升級系統基礎設施，改善客户體驗，滿足客户需求。未來，集團將通過協助企業降低成本及提高效率，繼續承擔更多企業社會責任。我們亦將通過提供設備全生命週期管理解決方案，對企業的工作環境產生積極的環境、社會及管治影響。
