江豐電子(300666.SZ):擬在韓國投設全資孫公司 建設韓國生產基地
格隆匯7月31日丨江豐電子(300666.SZ)公佈,為了抓住市場機遇,完善海外戰略佈局,擴大生產能力和規模優勢,進一步開拓海外市場,提升國際競爭力,寧波江豐電子材料股份有限公司決定由全資子公司江豐電子材料(香港)股份有限公司(英文名為onfoong Materials International Co., Limited,簡稱“香港江豐”)在韓國投資設立 KFAMCO., LTD.(暫定名,以相關主管部門的註冊登記為準),建設韓國生產基地,本次投資總額不超過人民幣3.5億元。標的公司經營範圍為電子專用材料的生產、銷售和服務。
