撇除非經常性或非現金項目,即投資物業公允價值、應佔聯營業績、匯兌收益及虧損等,全年核心業務虧損128.25億元。
年內,融資成本淨額增加至151.18億元,主要是匯率波動趨勢變化及借貸利息增加。2022年止,集團借貸總額2,740.07億元 淨負債率約302.2%。
