歐盟壓力測試顯示三間銀行未能達標
歐洲銀行管理局(EBA)周五(28日)表示,歐盟三間銀行在壓力測試中未能滿足具有約束力的資本要求,於測試中,損失緩衝資本4960億歐元(約5460億美元),但歐洲銀行管理局未有透露三間未達標銀行的名稱。
歐洲銀行管理局表示,測試覆蓋70間銀行,較2021年增加20間,其中57間來自歐元區,測試由歐洲央行監督,約佔歐盟銀行資產的75%。
接受測試的14間德國銀行中,8 間CET1和槓桿率低於歐盟平均水平,6間高於歐盟平均水平。上述機構主要是高盛(GS.US)和摩根大通(JPM.US)等美國銀行業龍頭的子公司,或者大眾銀行等公司的融資部門。
歐洲銀行業壓力測試中,CET1下降459個點子至10.4%,2021年跌幅為485個點子。EBA表示,資本緩衝跌幅較上一輪小,部分原因是盈利能力提高、全球金融危機以來監管改革的影響以及測試開始時資產質量更好。
