環旭電子(601231.SH):未來幾年相信在智能手機和智能穿戴上會有更多SiP業務機會
格隆匯7月27日丨有投資者向環旭電子(601231.SH)提問:想請教一下,關於SiP業務客户拓展的情況,我們看到公司有在做一些非A端的客户,不知道2023年全年,以及2024、2025年有沒有一些預期的客户導入?
環旭電子回覆:公司一直在積極拓展新的應用領域以及“關鍵新客户”。目前來看,新一代的通訊技術以及消費電子的智能化,包括公司在汽車電子以及創新智能應用等應用場景對SiP這種封裝的需求是在提升的。公司今年以來也相繼發過一些產業新聞,比如在智能座艙系統方面,環旭電子和多家車用的SoC方案廠商一起合作開發了車用運算模塊,將會採用SiP/SoM模組的方式為客户提供智能座艙解決方案。同時公司也跟筆記本電腦品牌廠商華碩合作開發了業界首創的CPUSiP模組,實現筆記本電腦核心模塊化和微小化。這個產品從效果上來看可以減少38%的主板面積,引腳數可以達到3300多個,可以大大降低主板的複雜度和成本,也可以縮短產品設計週期。
未來幾年,相信在智能手機和智能穿戴上會有更多SiP業務機會。今年大家都關注到AI、ChatGPT的“爆發”,以及VisionPro這樣的創新產品出現。業界對下一代智能化的消費電子產品有了很高的預期,相信未來消費電子智能化會開始加速。
從業界觀點看,消費電子智能化會在算力端有更高要求。為了提高消費電子的體驗,從雲端到終端,或者是從手機到終端的數據傳輸帶寬、低延遲有更高的要求,所以接下來對Wifi7、UWB、毫米波等新一代的通訊技術的需求會更突出,這些都是公司目前重點佈局的SiP模組,相信未來這些模組有機會應用至更多的智能手機、消費電子產品中。
在智能穿戴層面,相信行業能力領先的廠商都會推出自己有代表性的產品,各種應用模式會百花齊放。去年年底公司在深圳就投資了一家做無損音樂的音流模放大器模塊的公司,他們也正在積極研發傳輸無損音樂的SiP模組,這些都是將來可能會看到的增長機會。
不過就現在的模塊業務來説,公司大客户以外的SiP模組營收佔比仍然不高。今年由於消費電子行業需求相對低迷,這塊業務相較去年出貨情況有一些下降。不過未來,無論是從無線通訊技術的升級,還是消費電子智能化等,都會給SiP模組未來的增量帶來明確的增長空間。
