A股異動丨地產股再現升停潮,中南建設4日3板
格隆匯7月26日丨延續昨日的升停潮態勢,A股地產股今日盤初再迎升停潮。迪馬股份(2連板)、金科股份(4連板)、華遠地產(2連板)、中南建設(4日3板)、錦和商管(3連板)、榮盛發展(2連板)升停,大龍地產、特發服務、天房發展、沙河股份、華夏幸福、濱江集團、中交地產等跟升。7.24政治局會議提出“適應我國房地產市場供求關係發生重大變化的新形勢,適時調整優化房地產政策”。瑞銀指,中共中央政治局會議沒有再提及“房子是用來住的,不是用來炒的”,對房地產業有潛在的積極影響。機構也普遍預計後續或加大力度支持房地產平穩健康發展。另外,7月24日至25日,中國證監會召開2023年系統年中工作座談會強調,繼續保持房企資本市場融資渠道穩定。
