格隆匯7月25日丨銅牛信息(300895.SZ)公佈2023年半年度業績預吿,報吿期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤盈利160.00萬元–208.00萬元,比上年同期下降86.32%–89.48%;扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤盈利140.00萬元–182.00萬元,比上年同期下降88.12%–90.86%。
報吿期內,前期前瞻性投資的新增業務規模未能達到預期規模,無法覆蓋固定資產增加導致的資產折舊對當期利潤的影響。
公司部分子公司業務尚處於發展初期,業務規模的擴大及效益的提升尚需時日,其業務項目集中於下半年驗收的特性導致上半年度業績虧損,進而導致公司半年度利潤下降。
