太離譜！寶能系深夜”換血“保安隊未果，新任總經理火速遞交辭呈，今日將召開臨時股東大會

剛被任命不足一週、寶能系的總經理鄧祖明此前履職受阻，最新宣佈辭職。
寶能系意圖接管保安隊
繼上次姚老闆調研生產被拒之門外之後，7月22日深夜，中舉高新又發生了一起現場對峙。
寶能系、此前被任命為高管但履職不順的秦君雪深夜帶隊強闖中炬高新。據知情人士透露的一則監控視頻，秦雪君向保安提問：“你領導是哪位？”對此，保安尷尬迴應“你們應該知道吧。”
秦雪君又稱：“我不是很清楚，每次説和領導溝通的時候，我都不確定你們説的領導是誰？我能聯繫到的人，也不知道是不是你們心中認可的領導。”
董事會新任命的一位高管7月22日深夜在中炬高新現場宣佈，保安隊即刻起開始休假，如拒不執行公司指令，將即刻解除勞動合同。
視頻還顯示，有一隊新的安保列隊準備進駐，不過遭遇阻攔，當晚並沒有完成接管，中炬高新保安隊仍為原來的人員。
隨後，中炬高新也發佈《關於不明身份人員意圖衝擊中炬高新廠區的情況説明》。聲明稱，秦某在現場口頭對公司後請補經理及安保團隊”就地免職“，該行為並無合法的公司流程審批，且對公司的正常經營和人員、財產造成極大威脅，公司果斷報警。
聲明還稱，公司安保人員和現場員工在門崗前築起人牆，雙方一度陷入僵持。隨後，秦某等人獨自駕車離去。
新任高管火速辭職
另一位同樣履職不順的高管鄧祖明上任不到一週，火速宣佈辭職。7月18日晚間，中炬高新公吿李翠旭因個人原因辭去公司總經理職務，同時，董事會計劃聘任鄧祖明接替，擔任總經理職務。
資料顯示，鄧祖明自2022年3月起任深圳市寶能投資集團有限公司總裁助理。
7月23日晚間，中炬高新披露收到鄧祖明的辭職報吿。公吿稱，因個人原因，鄧祖明辭去公司總經理職務，辭職後，鄧祖明將不在公司及下屬子公司擔任任何職務。
此外，中炬高新7月20日公吿，公司董祕及副總經理鄒衞東因個人原因，決定辭職，公司董事會同意聘任田秋擔任公司董事會祕書。田秋也有寶能系背景，從2014年至2022年任深圳市寶能投資集團有限公司資本業務中心總經理助理、計劃財務中心副總經理、寶能新零售集團副總裁。
近期，由“寶能系”掌控中炬高新董事會還做出了多項人事任免動作，火炬集團方面對此很不滿，打算今日召開臨時股東大會，改選董事會席位。
值得注意的是，中炬高新7月18日發佈公吿變更了臨時股東大會召開地點，原因為原場地接待能力有限，為保障本次股東大會順利召開，公司從場地條件和安全保障方面考慮，決定將本次股東大會會議地點從此前的公司綜合樓904會議廳，變更為中山火炬國際會展中心二樓會議廳，其他的原股東大會通知事項不變。
有分析認為，單從持股比例來看，寶能系並不佔據優勢，而火炬集團兩次淡定的迴應，彷彿勝券在握。將寶能系背景的董事掃地出門，增強對公司控制力，是火炬集團乃至背後的中山國資，掀起這次爭鬥的主因。姚振華近期的聲明、舉報以及人事任免，儘管攻勢強勁，實則很難抵擋得住火炬集團的見招拆招。
