澳亞集團(02425.HK):預計中期綜合虧損淨額約4000萬-5000萬美元
格隆匯7月23日丨澳亞集團(02425.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2023年6月30日止六個月將取得綜合虧損淨額約4000萬美元至5000萬美元,而截至2022年6月30日止六個月的純利約為3000萬美元。
預期虧損主要歸因於:來自生物資產公允價值減銷售成本變動的虧損(重估虧損)。該期間,預期重估虧損將介於約5500萬美元至6500萬美元,而於2022年同期,來自生物資產公允價值減銷售成本變動的收益(重估收益)為200萬美元。重估虧損主要歸因於過往12個月期間的原料奶售價下降及飼料成本增加;及於該期間,中國原料奶及乳製品需求疲弱,原料奶市場價格相對較低。集團於該期間的原料奶平均售價較2022年同期下降約8%。同時,於該期間,每千克原料奶的飼料成本較2022年同期增加約7%,導致毛利率下降。
