嘉濤(香港)控股(02189.HK)擬1.7億港元收購香港新界物業 已出租予第三方經營安老院
格隆匯7月21日丨嘉濤(香港)控股(02189.HK)公佈,於2023年7月21日,公司作為買方及魏仕成與賣方訂立臨時協議,據此,買方同意收購及賣方同意出售該等物業,代價為1.70億港元。臨時協議的條款由附函補充,據此(其中包括),魏仕成同意就公司於臨時協議項下的所有合約責任以公司為受益人提供個人擔保。
該等物業包括香港新界荃灣荃景圍187-195號及安逸街2-22號荃威花園第一期商場地下店舖及第一期商場2字樓店舖
於公吿日期,該等物業出租予一名獨立第三方經營安老院。現有租約的租期由2018年7月1日起至2031年6月30日止。公司擬繼續向該名租户出租該等物業,直至租期屆滿為止。因此,完成後,收購事項將為集團貢獻租金收入,對集團的盈利有正面影響。
