大新銀行:本港今年通脹或按年升2%
大新銀行經濟研究及投資策略部表示,本港通脹保持溫和,6月份整體消費物價指數通脹按年上升1.9%,升幅較5月放慢0.1個百分點,符合市場及該行預期;若扣除一次性紓困措施,基本通脹按年上升1.7%,較5月亦放緩0.1個百分點。
該行表示,6月私人房屋租金按年升幅略爲加快至0.2%,仍然溫和;食品價格按年上升2.4%,較5月放緩0.2個百分點。另外,電力、燃氣及水的價格升幅放緩至13.3%,爲一年來最慢;耐用品價格按年跌幅維持3.7%。
大新銀行指,整體而言,隨着經濟復甦,私人住宅租金未來或逐步溫和增長,但食品價格維持溫和下,相信基本通脹仍會保持平穩。大新銀行預料,本港2023年通脹按年上升2%。(ca/k)
