航天控股(00031.HK)附屬獲判收回租金9,865萬人幣及違約金等
航天控股(00031.HK)公布,有關其60%間接附屬公司深圳航天分別與航科后海和華保潤解除租約和訴訟等事宜,接獲廣東省深圳市南山區人民法院有關航科后海訴訟一判決。航科后海被判向深圳航天支付租金合計9,864.6萬元人民幣(下同)、支付2019年3月至2020年12月、2021年1月逾期支付租金違約金181.27萬元、違約金、2020年3月至2021年9月租金逾期付款違約金400萬元、2022年1月至3月租金逾期付款違約金、律師費等。
