唐人神(002567.SZ)：半年度預虧6億-6.7億元、同比擴大
格隆匯7月16日丨唐人神(002567.SZ)公佈，預計2023年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損6億元-6.7億元，上年同期為虧損1.40億元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為虧損5.85億元-6.5億元，上年同期為虧損1.30億元。
報吿期內，生豬行業形勢更加複雜嚴峻，飼料原料價格波動較大且處於相對高位運行，疊加生豬價格持續處於低位運行等不利因素，對公司造成較大的挑戰和經營壓力，公司始終強化“生物飼料、健康養殖、品牌肉品”的生豬全產業鏈核心競爭力，堅持穩健發展策略，改善生產經營指標。報吿期內，公司加強資金管理，加快資金週轉效率，經營活動現金實現淨流入，加大股權融資和債權融資，資產負債率保持合理水平，公司資金實現良性循環，支持公司健康持續發展，穩步執行公司生產經營計劃。
1、報吿期內，公司生豬產能逐步釋放，2023年1-6月，公司實現生豬出欄165.94萬頭，同比增長92.28%，其中，實現肥豬出欄153.32萬頭，同比增長100.86%，佔比92.39%，但因生豬價格持續處於低位運行，造成養豬業務板塊較大虧損。
2、報吿期內，公司第一季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-34018萬元，第二季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為-28018萬元~-32982萬元，公司第二季度實現生豬出欄87.53萬頭，出欄量比第一季度增長約12%，且考慮到第二季度肥豬銷售均價比第一季度肥豬銷售均價下跌0.4元/公斤，綜合來看，公司第二季度整體生產經營情況有所改善。
3、報吿期內，受生豬價格週期性波動影響，生豬價格持續處於低位運行，基於謹慎性原則，公司按照《企業會計準則第1號-存貨》、《企業會計準則第5號-生物資產》和《企業會計準則第8號-資產減值》等有關規定，對存欄的消耗性生物資產初步計提了減值準備。
