新華都(002264.SZ):半年度扣非淨利潤預增6.02%-34.04%
格隆匯7月14日丨新華都(002264.SZ)公佈,預計2023年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8800萬元–11100萬元,同比下降49.48%-59.95%;扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤8700萬元–11000萬元,同比增長6.02%-34.04%。
報吿期預計歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比下降,主要繫上年同期公司完成零售業務板塊11家全資子公司100%股權轉讓事宜,產生投資收益1.38億元,該收益屬於非經常性損益。剔除前述事項影響,公司預計2023年上半年實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比增長7.27%至35.31%。
