人匯五連升 內房物管股隨大市反彈 合景泰富(01813.HK)及碧服(06098.HK)漲逾半成

恆指四連升，今天在新經濟股及保險和傳統銀行股帶動升破50天線，最多急漲507點，高見19,368，現報19,358，急漲497點或2.6%，總成交額增至832億元。
花旗指內房7月份銷售明顯惡化。然而，人民幣兌美元中間價今天上調238點，報7.1527，爲連續五天上調以來最大幅度。內房今天普遍跟隨大市造好，合景泰富(01813.HK)彈5.2%報1.02元。融創中國(01918.HK)彈逾3%報1.33元。
藍籌碧桂園(02007.HK)午後曾重越10天線(1.54元)，最多彈6.1%高見1.56元，現報1.53元，回升4.1%；中海外(00688.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)彈逾2%-3%，股價曾分別高見16.66元、32.5元及17.58元。
萬科(02202.HK)重越10天線(10.37元)，最高見10.5元，現報10.44元，續升1.8%。越秀地產(00123.HK)回升4%報8.76元，股價重越10天線(8.71元)。美的置業(03990.HK)及富力(02777.HK)高見6.82元及1.25元，現報6.72元及1.24元，回升逾3%。
寶龍(01238.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)及遠洋集團(03377.HK)彈逾2.5%-4.5%，後兩者跑贏，股價均重越10天線，報1.22元及0.445元，回升4.3%-4.7%。
物管股也見反彈，合景悠活(03913.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、藍籌華潤萬象(01209.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)、雅生活(03319.HK)、世茂服務(00873.HK)及藍籌碧服(06098.HK)升逾2%-5%，後者彈力最強，股價止跌回升兼重越10天線(9.75元)，最高見9.89元，現報9.8元，回升5.5%。
花旗指，受惠於政策推動，內地6月信貸數據優於預期，但該行認爲信貸反彈可持續性仍有待觀察，因爲居民信心仍然疲軟，尤其是7月內房銷售顯着惡化，本月首十天排名前30的城市房地產銷售按年降約30%。
