格隆匯7月13日丨勁拓股份(300400.SZ)近期在接待機構投資者調研時表示,公司經前期市場調查和商業機會研判,依託於國內領先的熱工設備領域的温度控制核心技術,實現技術應用領域和產品線延展,從而順利切入了半導體專用設備業務領域,快速開發定型了多款半導體專用設備產品。
公司看好半導體封測行業的發展前景,繼2022年首次實現半導體專用設備業務規模化銷售後,未來將繼續把握相關設備進口替代機遇,着力推進半導體專用設備業務高質量發展。
