哈爾斯(002615.SZ):擬以2597萬元收購浙江氮氧49%股權
格隆匯7月12日丨哈爾斯(002615.SZ)公佈,為加強對浙江氮氧公司的控制力,提高公司對自主品牌建設的支持力度,公司擬以現金收購杭州旻大、寧波天犇持有的浙江氮氧合計49%股權,交易對價為人民幣2597萬元。為保障上述股權交割的順利進行,公司同意對杭州旻大、寧波天犇分別質押給公司的浙江氮氧21.91%、7.43%股權進行解除質押,並辦理解除質押的相關工商登記手續。公司本次收購將使用自有資金。交易完成後,浙江氮氧成為公司的全資子公司,公司合併報表範圍不變。
