碧桂園(02007.HK)上半年交付27.8萬套房 穩居行業第一
碧桂園(02007.HK)周一(10日)召開月度管理會議,總結了上半年市場形勢及經營情況,並對下階段工作方向提出要求。集團管理層強調堅持就是勝利,聚焦保障企業安全,繼續全力以赴完成「保交樓」政治任務,在行業大考中踐行初心使命。
公司指出,在去年全年交付70萬套的基礎上,今年上半年公司交付房屋27.8萬套,在交付量上再次穩居行業第一,交付數量遠超第二名(萬科地產12.8萬套)和第三名(融創中國11.7萬套)的交付總和;累計交付面積3,438萬平方米。至於期內公司累計交付評估592個批次,交付評估一次性通過率達92%。
會議透露,今年全年碧桂園計劃交付面積達8,799萬平方米,集團總裁莫斌指示,區域總裁一定要把按時交付、完美交付,當成自己的首要任務。
