招商局置地(00978.HK)與成都華建訂立合作協議 發展西安地塊
招商局置地(00978.HK)公布,其間接全資附屬公司西安茂安,與成都華建及其直接全資附屬西安尚林華苑房地產有限公司訂立合作協議,以透過西安尚林華苑房地產有限公司開發西安地塊。
根據合作協議,西安茂安及成都華建須按其各自於項目公司99%及1%之持股比例,承擔與西安地塊開發有關之地價12.305億元人民幣(下同)、稅款、費用及總投資額。集團所佔估計總投資額的份額約為17.8億元。
該地塊位於西安市航天基地航飛路以南、望月路以東、京東大道以西,總佔地面積約11.88萬平方米,土地使用權的住宅用途期限為70年,商業用途期限則為40年。
