格隆匯6月30日丨恒益控股(01894.HK)發佈公吿,截至2023年3月31日止年度,持續經營業務實現收益1.85億港元,同比下降9.2%;毛利2235.7萬港元,同比下降48.4%;公司擁有人應占虧損2170.7萬港元,上年同期公司擁有人應占溢利1967.8萬港元;持續經營及已終止經營業務基本每股虧損2.8港仙。
公吿稱,收益下跌由於延遲落實已承接工程項目的樣板層設計,導致下半年度工程量減少。為應對工程延誤,集團接受小批量訂單及毛利率較長期項目低的短期項目。
