英偉達CFO:中美禁令對業績無直接重大影響 惟失去於中國競爭機會
美國政府據報正考慮延長限制向中國銷售人工智能芯片,但事態發展仍存很大不確定性,英偉達(Nvidia)(NVDA.US)與Advanced Micro Devices(AMD.US)周三下跌。英偉達首席財務官Collette Kress表示,向中國的晶片出口禁令延長,或限制旗下A800和H800產品向中國出口,但鑑於全球對英偉達產品的需求強勁,預計此類額外限制不會對公司的財務業績產生直接重大影響。
不過,Collette Kress稱,從長遠而言,禁令將導致美國工業永久失去在全球最大市場之一競爭和領先的機會,並對未來產生業務和財務業績有影響。
研究機構Evercore ISI稱,消息中的細節為零,證明決定仍處於考慮階段,故現時拋售仍為時過早。
英偉達跌1.5%,AMD跌0.28%,兩者跌幅均較開市時收窄。
