新龍國際(00529.HK)出售東京酒店信託實益權益 涉逾25億日圓
新龍國際(00529.HK)公布,間接全資附屬公司SiSJP9特定目的會社作為賣方,與一間日本東京證券交易所上市之公司訂立買賣協議,據此,買方已同意斥25.36億日圓(約1.52億港元)購買位於日本東京之物業之信託實益權益。
該物業為經濟型酒店,建築面積為2,093.37平方米。物業自2020年6月起一直空置。集團預期所得款項淨額將約為24.15億日圓。集團擬將出售事項所得款項淨額約12.24億日圓用於償還銀行貸款及約11.91億日圓用於潛在投資機會及用作集團之一般營運資金。
出售事項所得款項將加強公司之財務狀況及增加公司之一般營運資金。出售事項使公司得以變現其物業投資,並將其財務資源重新分配至其他業務發展及其他房地產投資機會。
買方主要從事房地產業務,包括房地產開發;房地產解決方案;及其他業務。
