瑞銀下調年底MSCI中國指數目標點位元至72元 料投資者對政策出台預期不高
瑞銀中國股票策略研究主管王宗豪表示,將2023年末MSCI中國指數目標點位元下調至72元,又指政策刺激是下半年市場最大的搖擺因素,惟認為整體投資者預期並不高。
王宗豪表示,在三大市場中,相較於H股和中概股,該行更看好A股,因為A股的多元化機會可能更多,中長期有望受益於內地零售資金和北向資金流入。
而在行業方面,他表示仍樂觀看待互聯網和消費股,如家電、啤酒和白酒,因其估值不高、2023年盈利將呈兩位數穩健增長以及消費逐步復甦;而在金融領域方面,他表示,由券商切換至保險,因為與銀行存款(近期利率下調)相比,保險或能同時提供保障和更高回報率。
他表示,下半年投資者關注點集中在主題性投資機會,如國企改革、人工智慧和一帶一路。若經濟增長勢頭依然疲軟,該行認為投資者,尤其是內地A股投資者可能繼續圍繞這些主題進行交易。
