住建部部長:拓寬與金融機構合作 提高住房品質
據《中國建設報》引述住房和城鄉建設部部長倪虹日前會見中國銀行(03988.HK)(601988.SH)董事長葛海蛟一行,就深化政銀合作、推動住房和城鄉建設事業高質量發展進行交流。
倪虹指出,要做好住房和城鄉建設工作離不開金融機構的支持,進一步拓寬住房和城鄉建設領域與金融機構的合作,讓金融創新、產品創新、科技創新深度融合起來,希望中行走在前列,與住房和城鄉建設領域開展更加深入廣泛的合作。
倪虹又指,要鼓勵引導金融機構參與城市建設和更新,推動打造宜居、智慧、韌性城市;要提高住房品質,探索建立房屋養老金制度;要抓住數字化轉型機遇,加快推進新型城市基礎設施建設;以及要深化國際交流與合作,助力建築業企業「走出去」,打造「中國建造」升級版。
