《大行報告》花旗下調中燃(00384.HK)目標價至11元 重申「買入」
花旗發表報告指,中燃(00384.HK)2023財年淨利潤按年下降44%至42.93億人民幣,低於市場預期。但該行重申其「買入」評級,因為隨著成本轉嫁改善,單位毛利將改善,尤其是在住宅領域,加上在疫情後,商業和工業領域的銷售量將有更高的增長。同時考慮到2024財年為正自由現金流,資本支出不超過80億人民幣。
該行將中燃2024財年和2025財年的淨利潤預測分別下調14%和13%,以反映新連接數減少;由於盈利下調,目標價由12元降至11元。
