內媒報道,國家企業信用信息公示系統顯示,萬達地產、華融資本管理,分別轉讓所持武漢華達玖號創新投資合夥企業85.72%和約0.32%股份予中國華融資產管理。
企查查顯示,該公司此前由萬達地產持股99.6310%,華融資本管理持股0.369%;目前由中國華融資產管理持股86.0381%,萬達地產持股13.9104%,華融資本管理持股0.0515%。公司對外投資企業1家,為武漢萬達東湖置業有限公司。
