高盛尋求售GreenSky 或面臨巨額減值
高盛(GS.US)尋求出售2011年收購的金融科技貸款公司GreenSky,但或需大幅減值。外國傳媒報道,GreenSky的出價遠低於高盛的預期。
高盛首席執行官所羅門(David Solomon)於22.4億美元收購GreenSky,以幫助其加速進軍消費金融領域。但於2021年9月、即交易18個月後,所羅門表示,由於高盛消費部門的虧損,迫使戰略轉變,將出售該業務。
報道引述知情人士透露,KKR、Apollo Global Management、Sixth Street Partners、Warburg Pincus 和 Synchrony Bank等資產管理公司和貸方參與第一輪競購,第一輪競購於6月初開始。高盛本周將繼續與一小部分投標者談判,希望提高最終價格。
