格隆匯6月25日丨光峯科技(688007.SH)2023年6月在信息披露範圍內與投資者保持良好的互動交流工作。2023年6月,公司進行6場路演,接待投資機構包括信達澳亞、國壽養老、UG Investment、交銀國際等超30家機構近60名投資者,接聽投資者來電諮詢達30次。
“經過對公司上下游產業鏈的研究,發現公司技術在下游應用領域表現非常突出,因此想針對上游方面進一步請教李總,公司的ALPD®技術的核心,是在激光還是熒光材料?技術門檻主要集中在技術工藝還是專利佈局?”
公司回覆稱,公司主要依託ALPD®激光顯示這一架構性的技術,通過熒光輪的旋轉解決散熱的問題,讓熒光材料持續處於脈衝狀態。公司擁有該項技術的架構性專利,且公司研發製備的熒光輪技術在發光效率、發光亮度、穩定性、可靠性等方面,均處於全球領先的水平,具備專利優勢及材料器件工藝優勢兩大核心門檻。此類技術機密的壁壘很高,難以被他人突破。
同時,在公司的核心技術優勢中,我們認為更重要的一點是對激光、尤其是對氮化鎵系半導體激光的理解。創業之初,公司正是基於對氮化鎵的藍光激光具有深刻理解,才發明了ALPD®激光顯示技術;彼時我們就認識到,藍激光的每瓦光功率的成本,在未來很有可能突破到比LED還便宜,因為背後的原理是半導體摩爾定律。具體來説,以目前的技術水平,一顆氮化鎵藍激光芯片可以發出5W的光功率,其芯片面積只有一個只能發出不到1W光功率的1mmx1mm的LED的1/20。所以同樣尺寸的Wafer,激光器件的密集度高很多,產出數量要大得多,因而成本有望更低。隨着氮化鎵激光規模的不斷擴大,性能往上走,成本還將持續下降。
更值得一提的是,隨着LED產業鏈整體向半導體激光升級,國內很多企業正在開發以氮化鎵為基礎的藍光,而公司此前早已洞察到相關技術和市場需求的趨勢,預判了氮化鎵產業鏈的廣闊空間,也預判了激光器的成本終將受益於LED產業的擴大。這些對產業方向的把握和觸覺都很好得幫助我們在激光顯示領域做出更好的決策。
